Fashion in Monsoon...

Monsoons finally here!!!With monsoon not only comes rain, but also mucky clothes, dungy feet and some eye-catching fashion mistakes that make us wish the season away to extinction. To avoid fashion disaster specially for girls here is a cheet sheet on what to wear this monsoon to look stylish by feeling exorbitantly comfortable. In this season most preffered colours are sky blue, shades in green, yellow, red, pink.

Tanks and loose Tees
If you’re fighting a foul mood in this gloomy weather, decide to wear the evergreen denim shorts with tank tops to work. Printed or bright hued, anything and everything that resembles a tank automatically becomes a must have this season. This are good to go and also comfortable.

Knee length Rompers
No point in wearing anything below the knee for it is prone to getting mucky on your way to work. Instead invest in short rompers that not only save you the trouble of deciding what t-shirt to wear with your shorts but also provide you will utmost comfort best suited for travelling back and forth. Additionally, throw in a scarf or big earrings to seal the deal.

Printed Scarf
Accessorising your ensemble may seem like a must to fulfil your fashion demands but wearing a metal necklaces around your neck seem terribly distressing to the skin. Instead, invest in printed or bright monotone scarves which thankfully also work as a serviette for the desperate times when you’re drenched from head to toe.

Unhealthy Fashion..

Roadside jewellery
Imagine finding a pendant at a roadside vendor's shop exactly like the one you always wanted and at that too, at an outrageously low price. You won't think twice before buying it, right? Cheap jewellery is often made from metals containing nickel and wearing it daily can cause rashes, itching and redness. So, think again. Opt for cheaper alternatives like German silver or buy only leather or plastic varieties at roadside shops.

Body-hugging dresses
They flatter your figure and bring out your curves but body-con or bandage-style dresses interfere with breathing, and can cause suffocation. Often, dresses which stick to our stomach can cause extreme pressure on the abdomen, causing acid reflux, resulting in a burning sensation. So, limit usage of such dresses for just a few hours or stick to loose your fashionable clothes that don’t restrict your body.

Tight jeans
Love those skinny jeans that make your legs look longer and accentuate your figure? It might be the cause for a lot of your health problems. Tingling thigh syndrome, a common nerve disorder is caused by wearing skintight jeans. It compresses a nerve on the thigh, causing tingling or burning sensation or even numbness. Opt for baggy, boyfriend style jeans instead, that don't squeeze your hips if this is a problem you’ve experienced.

Flip-flops
They're comfy and a staple during the monsoon but research suggests, flip-flops cause plantar fascitis, an inflammation of the sole that causes severe heel pain. This is mainly because flip-flops do not support the arch of the foot. So ensure you're not walking too long in them and opt for a good pair of shoes or rain friendly footwear
 instead.
